Locations needed for filming!

Looking for the interior of an apartment for one of the locations for filming in or around Orlando between June 8-12. Must be an apartment that could be used to "fake" New York city apartments (ie wood floors/brick walls). You don't have to wait for the film to come to a theater near you!  Instead you can watch it being made from your very own living room couch!!
